Eden Farm Weddings & Events

Eden Farm Weddings & Events is a 33-acre private waterfront property along the Eagle River at 1818 Trans Canada Highway in Sicamous, British Columbia — roughly a one-hour drive from Vernon, in the Okanagan–Shuswap region. The property offers riverside, forest, meadow and private white-sand beach settings, with mountain views forming the backdrop for ceremonies and portraits. Rather than an hourly rental, Eden hosts couples for a three-day exclusive wedding weekend from Friday to Sunday, so guests can settle in, camp on site and celebrate without a rushed timeline.

The venue operates on an all-inclusive model. Every package includes full wedding planning and day-of coordination, a choice of ceremony site, two 20x40 reception tents with bistro and ambient garden lighting, a stage for a DJ or band, a string-lit dance area with a six-foot LOVE sign, rustic farm-style tables and ceremony seating, a curated décor collection of arches, signage, runners, candles and table numbers, a covered outdoor bar area with professional bartenders, modern heated washroom trailers with flushing toilets, on-site parking with parking attendants, and setup and teardown handled by Eden's own staff. Couples also receive access to a VIP curated vendor list of florists, caterers, DJs, photographers and other creatives, plus fridge access for catering and storage. Two packages are advertised: Eden | Classic at $9,900 and the more elevated Eden | Grand at $13,900, which adds the Bridal RV Suite, a mimosa bar, champagne entrance, golden hour riverside toast, cake cutting and dessert presentation, crystal glassware and place settings, and a $500 booking bonus.

Accommodation is a central part of the Eden experience. A private RV serves as the couple's bridal suite with a living area, kitchenette, private washroom with shower, bedroom, fireplace, air conditioning, fridge and stove, while three self-contained mini suites offer close family a step up from camping with pull-out beds, private washrooms, air conditioning, small fridge, microwave and TV. On-site camping welcomes 50+ guests by tent, RV, camper or car, and guests can bring or rent RVs through the venue's local partners. Walking trails, campfire gathering areas and river access for swimming and tubing round out the weekend. The venue comfortably accommodates up to 120 guests, with larger counts possible by special arrangement, and is owned and run by Samantha alongside planning team members Tanya and Angela.
