Okanagan Centre Hall

The Hall can comfortably accommodate up to 120 people. It provides 120 grey padded chairs for indoor use and 60 white plastic chairs for outdoor use.

Weddings fall under the multi-day rate, which runs from 2 pm the day before the event to 11 am the day after. A 2026 event is $1,800 plus GST and a 2027 event is $2,000 including GST. Both rates include use of the kitchen and Entandem music licensing fees. An optional upgrade from the free 5 Mbps WiFi to unlimited streaming bandwidth is $25 plus GST.

Yes. The Hall has a fully equipped kitchen, renovated in 2024 with new cabinetry, lighting, island, tiling and countertops. It includes two electric stoves, two refrigerators, a commercial sterilizer, a microwave, a large coffee urn, teapots, water jugs, dishes and cutlery. Kitchen use is included in the multi-day event rate. Glassware, pots and pans, linens, barbeques, warming trays and children's seats are not supplied, and health regulations prevent the Hall from supplying dishcloths or drying towels.

Yes. Access is through the south door and the Hall is on one level except for the stage, with spacious wheelchair-accessible washrooms. A 2025–2027 project funded by the Government of Canada's Enabling Accessibility Fund is adding paving, a new exterior wheelchair ramp with roof and an accessible door, with completion no later than March 31, 2027.

The Hall has a stage, originally used for amateur productions, that is set up for bands, DJs or performers and comes fully equipped with a sound system and audio controls. A microphone and speakers, a podium and an upright piano are also available. Entandem music licensing fees are included in the multi-day event rate.

The hall perimeter has a 4-inch strip of wood for staples, tacks or tape, and wires run across the length and width of the main hall high enough for streamers or decorations. Decorations must be secured with masking tape only — no duct tape, glue, nails or other adhesives on walls, tables or chairs. A 12-foot two-sided aluminum ladder is available for decorating, and all decorations must be removed by check out.

Yes, there is a large parking lot behind the Hall.

The Hall has a deck off the west side of the building, accessed by a sliding glass door, with steps leading down to the lawn. The venue notes the view is stunning and makes a great backdrop for photos, and 60 white plastic chairs are available for outside use.
